Terms of use
Last updated 5 October 2026
About these terms
These terms cover using PixelKraft Business Suite, the client dashboard of PixelKraft LLC (“PixelKraft”, “we”) at dash.pixelkraft.net. By signing in you agree to them. If your business has a signed agreement or proposal with us, that agreement takes priority wherever it says something different.
Your account
- Accounts are for our clients and the people they invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
- Your organization’s owners and admins decide who else is on the account and what each person can do, and are responsible for the people they invite.
- Tell us straight away at support@pixelkraft.net if you think someone else has used your account.
What is yours, and what is ours
Your content — the files, messages, requests and information you put in, and the data from your website and the accounts you connect — stays yours. You give us permission to use it to provide the dashboard and the work you ask for, as described in our privacy policy.
The dashboard itself — its software, design and text — belongs to PixelKraft. You may use it for your business while you are our client; please do not copy it, resell it, or try to take it apart.
Who owns the websites and other work we make for you is set by your agreement or proposal with us, not by these terms.
Using it fairly
Please do not use the dashboard to:
- break the law, or upload anything you do not have the right to share;
- upload malware, or try to reach accounts, data or parts of the service that are not yours;
- overload it, or scrape it with automated tools except our API under its own keys and limits.
We may suspend access that puts the service or other clients at risk, and will tell you why.
Plans, payments and hours
- Prices, plans and retainer hours are those shown in the dashboard or agreed in your proposal. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled; you can manage or cancel yours from the dashboard or by asking us. Retainer hours are used as work is logged, in the increments shown when you buy them.
- Invoices are due by the date on them. If one goes unpaid we may send reminders, and may pause work until it is settled.
- Refunds are handled case by case, or as your agreement says.
Other services
The dashboard connects to services run by others — Google, Stripe, Cloudflare and the rest named in our privacy policy. Their own terms apply to them, and we cannot answer for their availability or the figures they report. The assistant’s answers are produced by an AI model and can be wrong; check anything important with us.
Availability
We work to keep the dashboard available and your data safe, with nightly backups, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We may change, improve or retire features; if a change removes something you rely on, we will tell you first.
Liability
The dashboard is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, PixelKraft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, revenue or data — arising from using it, and our total liability for any claim about the dashboard is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Ending
You can stop using the dashboard at any time. When our work together ends, we close the account; before we do, you can download your records (Settings → Download my data, and the account export). We may close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you, unless the risk to others needs faster action.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If a change matters to how you use the dashboard, we will tell you in it or by email before it takes effect.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Questions: support@pixelkraft.net.
